KTTO - IP Policy

The MSU-IIT IP Policy shall apply to all MSU-IIT faculty members, staff, students, including visiting professors, lecturers and researchers who undertake creative and/or research and development projects in the Institute whether internally or externally funded.

The MSU-IIT IP Policy shall cover all intellectual properties including tangible properties ensuing from research projects or activities whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes or technology transfer.

The MSU-IIT IP Policy covers all types of intellectual property rights which are now or in the future defined in the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (RA 8293), and adheres to other related laws, circulars and issuances of competent authorities.
